How to set up your booking page

Your booking page is the link you’ll drop everywhere — IG bio, story highlight, QR code at your station. Here’s how to get it live in about four minutes.

1. Claim your handle

From the Studio, open Page editor and pick the handle you want — ideally the same as your Instagram. We check it against everyone else on the platform in real time, so if it’s taken we’ll suggest a close one that isn’t. Your page lives at bookwithmee.com/yourhandle.

2. Add at least one service

Tap Add service and start from an industry template or a blank one. Every service needs a name, a duration, and a price; a deposit is optional but strongly recommended — it’s what stops no-shows.

  • Set a deposit between $0 and $100 per service.
  • Add buffer time so back-to-back bookings don’t collide.
  • Turn on reference photos if you want clients to send inspo.
Tip: You only need one service to go live. Add the rest later — your page updates instantly.

3. Connect Stripe

To take deposits you’ll connect a Stripe account from Settings → Stripe. It takes two taps and a few details about your bank. Payouts land in about two business days.

4. Share the link

Hit Publish, then copy your link or download the QR code. Drop it anywhere you used to say “DM me to book.” You’ll get a text the moment your first booking lands.
