Pricing FAQ
What everyone asks first.
What counts toward the free $200?
The service total of bookings that have actually happened — completed appointments, and confirmed ones once their time has passed. Cancellations and no-shows never count, and neither do tips or anything you take outside BookWithMee.
What happens when I reach $200?
We email you, and new online bookings pause until you pick Solo or Studio. Your page stays up, every booking you already have stays booked, and you can still add bookings yourself in Studio. Choose a plan and bookings turn straight back on.
Is there really no per-booking fee?
Correct. Your flat monthly plan is the only thing we charge. Stripe takes its standard processing fee from each deposit — but that goes to Stripe, not us.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Switching between Solo and Studio takes effect right away. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you’re back on Free.
Do you offer a discount for students or starting out?
We do. Email hello@bookwithmee.com from a school address or with proof of being in your first year of business — we knock 50% off Solo or Studio for a year.
