What everyone asks first.
What happens when I hit the Starter limit?
You’ll get an email at booking 8/10 and 10/10 — your link stays live, but new bookings pause until next month or you upgrade. We never charge you without permission.
Is there really no per-booking fee?
Correct. Your flat monthly subscription is the only thing we charge. Stripe takes their standard processing fee from each deposit — but that goes to Stripe, not us.
Can I switch plans whenever?
Yes — upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. We’ll pro-rate the difference and refund or credit you automatically.
Do you offer a discount for students or starting out?
We do. Email hello@bookwithmee.com from a school address or with proof of being in your first year of business — we knock 50% off Solo or Studio for a year.
What if I cancel?
Your link goes read-only — clients can’t book new slots, but everyone with an upcoming appointment keeps it. You can export your client list as CSV any time.
