When SMS reminders arrive
Text-message reminders are coming soon. Until they switch on, every booking already gets email reminders automatically.

Why SMS isn’t on yet
Before any business can text customers in North America, carriers require the sender to be registered and approved. That registration is in progress for BookWithMee. Until it’s approved, no text messages are sent — even if a customer opted in when they booked.
What happens today
- Customers get a confirmation email the moment they book.
- A reminder email goes out 24 hours before the appointment.
- You get an email for every new booking, change and cancellation.
Nothing to set up. When SMS switches on, customers who opted in will start getting texts automatically — we’ll email you when it happens.
